Your Impact
- Lead with Purpose: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies that keep the team focused and energized.
- Remove Barriers: Identify and eliminate impediments so your squad can deliver at its best.
- Coach & Inspire: Support personal growth and foster a culture of feedback and psychological safety.
- Drive Agility: Champion agile principles and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Product Owners to ensure priorities are clear and delivery is smooth.
- A strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Experience as a servant leader and team coach.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Bonus points: Knowledge of Mainframe or Infrastructure environments and organizational development.
