UX/UI Designer - Dublin

Are you a UX/UI Designer looking to shape digital experiences from the ground up? This is a unique opportunity to work on a greenfield programme, collaborating with a growing, dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile platforms from concept to delivery

  • Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, customer-focused journeys

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams in an Azure-based environment

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with accessibility and regulatory standards

  • Contribute to a scalable design system and champion user-centred design across the programme

About You:

  • Proven UX/UI Designer experience delivering complex digital products

  • Experience in Financial Services, ideally with exposure to payments, wealth management, or fintech

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, interaction design, and polished UI execution

  • Comfortable working on greenfield or large-scale transformation programmes

  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma and experienced collaborating with cloud-based engineering teams
