We are looking:

We are seeking a Data Analyst with Data Engineering experience to strengthen our data-driven decision-making. You will primarily focus on analyzing data, building reports, and supporting stakeholders with insights, while also contributing to data integration and improving workflows where needed. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level analyst who enjoys working with both data insights and the foundations that make those insights possible.

Get ready to:

  • Use BigQuery, SQL, and Looker Studio to deliver accurate and timely insights.
  • Analyze data and create reports that help stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Identify and resolve data issues such as quality gaps, discrepancies, and missing values.
  • Contribute to the improvement of data pipelines and transformations (not necessarily owning them end-to-end).
  • Apply SQL and data modeling practices to support reporting and analytics.
  • Assist with data validation and monitoring to ensure reliability of dashboards and reports.
  • Use R or Python for data analysis, automation, and solving more advanced analytical problems.
  • Communicate results and recommendations effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Support colleagues with reporting and analytics tasks, sharing best practices and solutions.

We expect you to:

  • Have solid SQL skills: ability to join and manipulate different data types, debug code, and optimize queries.
  • Have experience working with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Have knowledge or experience working with R or Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Be familiar with basic data engineering concepts (e.g., ETL/ELT, data modeling, automation), with a willingness to grow these skills further.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently about progress, challenges, and findings.
  • Be curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.
