„NRD Cyber Security creates cybersecurity capacity and enhances cyber resilience to nations and organizations. The company specializes in the establishment and modernization of cybersecurity teams (CSIRTs) and security operations centers (SOCs) as well as cyber threat intelligence and managed security services. Also, the company’s experts actively participate in international cybersecurity communities to develop and improve methodologies for strengthening cyber resilience. The geography of NRD Cyber Security projects includes but is not limited to Europe, Asia, South America and Africa.

ROLE OBJECTIVE
As an HR Specialist, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth people-related processes across the organization — from attracting new talent to supporting an engaging and positive employee experience. You will help strengthen our culture, build an involved team, and contribute to a workplace where people thrive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for employees and interns: prepare job descriptions and postings, coordinate hiring processes, source candidates, conduct initial interviews, and support assessment activities;
- Organize and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including related documentation;
- Maintain and develop the HR management system, manage employee data, and prepare insights based on HR analytics;
- Oversee the internal feedback game “NARDI World”, which is related to company values and behaviours, conduct surveys and analyse the results, take care of communication;
- Support employee experience initiatives: contribute to internal projects, events, and engagement activities;
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters and offer day-to-day support.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in similar role;
- Solid knowledge of the Labour Code and relevant legislation;
- Higher education in humanities or social sciences;
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal;
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to support others;
- Strong attention to detail and a caring approach toward colleagues and the work environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office, ability to prepare clear documents and structure information effectively;
- Strong organizational skills and a willingness to continuously grow.
