Role Overview: As a Junior Test Specialist, you will support the quality assurance process by executing basic tests, documenting results, and learning automation practices under guidance. You will work within an established framework, focusing on self-development and contributing to the delivery of reliable, user-friendly solutions. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a collaborative Agile environment.

You will:
- Execute manual functional and regression tests based on predefined test cases
- Document test results and report defects clearly using issue tracking tools
- Assist in test data preparation and maintain compliance with data protection policies
- Learn and apply basic test automation concepts under supervision
- Perform basic API and UI testing using approved tools
- Ensure adherence to organizational QA standards and security guidelines
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and expected outcomes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques (functional, regression) and understanding of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD concepts
- Awareness of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) – exposure is a plus
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and secure coding practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in an Agile environment
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills
Monthly salary range from 1800 EUR to 2700 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

Your job function (position) in the job contract will be Test Specialist, Associate . From 1 April 2026 it will be renamed to QA under our new job architecture, with no impact on the role or responsibilities.
