General Description

Join a fast-growing, technology-driven organization delivering complex digital and AI-enabled solutions at scale. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support high-performing, cross-functional teams working on enterprise-level platforms and products.


This role is ideal for a hands-on Scrum Master who can facilitate agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and act as a servant leader to engineering, product, and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring agile best practices are embedded and continuously improved across teams.


This is a freelance / contract, hybrid role with an urgent hiring timeline, supporting delivery teams working on high-impact initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach development teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and blockers that impact team delivery and sprint commitments.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness.
  • Track and report team performance metrics such as velocity, burndown, and delivery predictability.
  • Ensure transparency and effective communication across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Support multiple agile teams where required and help scale agile practices across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify delivery risks early and proactively work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
  • Align team delivery with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards.


Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise or large-scale technology environments.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Agile / Scrum frameworks and delivery methodologies.
  • Proven experience supporting engineering-led teams (software development, digital platforms, or data/AI projects).
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with distributed or hybrid teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.


Engagement Details

  • Engagement Type: Contract / Freelance
  • Duration: 6 months (initial), with possible extension
  • Start Date: ASAP or at least 2 weeks from passing the final interview
  • Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home
