Senior Technology / Infrastructure Program Manager | AI Deployments

Location: Norway/Finland | Regular on-site presence

Candidates must already be based in Norway

Type: Contract 6-12 months (initially)

We are seeking a Senior Technology / Infrastructure Program Manager to join a global leader in AI infrastructure. This role involves managing large-scale GenAI deployments in customer data centres, with a focus on over 1000 servers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI infrastructure projects.

- Engage early with stakeholders and manage partners/subcontractors.

- Oversee rack-build, logistics, deployment, testing, and handover.

- Communicate confidently with executive-level stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 12–15 years managing large-scale hardware infrastructure programs.

- Proven experience delivering $100M+ IT deployments.

- Strong knowledge of HPC/GenAI infrastructure (servers, GPUs, networking, cooling).

Previous Infrastructure/Data Center exposure experience.

- Flexible across time zones and willing to travel.

Desirable:

- Experience with structured cabling, liquid cooling, NVIDIA GPUs.

- PMI certification, Six Sigma.
