Our client is looking for a Product Manager to join an early-stage, high-growth software company transforming the energy sector. The platform helps shape the future of energy management through innovative solutions in solar, batteries, EVs, and home energy. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to drive product strategy, work closely with cross-functional teams, and make a real impact from day one.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery across the platform.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, designers, and leadership to define key priorities.
• Translate ambiguity into clear, actionable product direction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and AI specialists.
• Scale product velocity as the company tackles more complex enterprise use cases.
• Set the foundation for product thinking and execution as the company grows.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Experience in high-growth or early-stage startup environments.
• Background in B2B or B2B2C software.
• Experience working in IT environments or with technology teams.
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams, ideally with engineering knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to challenge assumptions.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST

Compensation: USD salary

Location: 100% remote
