Our client is looking for a Product Manager to join an early-stage, high-growth software company transforming the energy sector. The platform helps shape the future of energy management through innovative solutions in solar, batteries, EVs, and home energy. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to drive product strategy, work closely with cross-functional teams, and make a real impact from day one.

Responsibilities

Lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery across the platform.
Collaborate with customers, engineers, designers, and leadership to define key priorities.
Translate ambiguity into clear, actionable product direction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and AI specialists.
Scale product velocity as the company tackles more complex enterprise use cases.
Set the foundation for product thinking and execution as the company grows.

Key Requirements

Experience in high-growth or early-stage startup environments.
Background in B2B or B2B2C software.
Experience working in IT environments or with technology teams.
Comfortable working closely with technical teams, ideally with engineering knowledge.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to challenge assumptions.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST

Compensation: USD salary

Location: 100% remote
