About the Role
We are looking for a Tracker Product Manager to join our team in Madrid, supporting the development and implementation of our tracker solutions across international projects. If you're looking to grow in a technically challenging and innovation-driven environment, this could be your next move.
Main Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence implementation with regards to policies, demand and customer requirements on a regular basis.
- Development of competitor benchmarks based on technology, price, markets, shipment on a regular basis.
- Conduct market insights, trends, and demands for new product development.
- Interact with internal R&D, Engineering and Quality departments to create the content for sales tools to describe and promote new and optimized products.
- Provide online and offline product trainings to the regional sales team and external clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and above in civil, mechanical or industrial engineering.
- 5 years+ work experience in industry products.
- Experience in the energy industry or PV industry will be preferred.
- Project management skills, target-oriented mindset, self-motivation and excellent organization.
- Proficient in Ppt, Visio and Excel.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must, other languages such as Chinese, Portuguese or German are a plus.
