You'll work in a team responsible for customer data governance, continuous data quality improvement, and customer data streaming that supports advanced analytics and offering calculations.

The teams deliver Master Data Management and Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer information technology solutions in close cooperation with digital banking, data warehouse, and product areas. Your role is to help ensure these systems stay stable, integrated, and trustworthy - 24/7.

DO YOU HAVE...

🚀 3+ years of hands-on testing experience in modern delivery environments.

🚀Strong practical knowledge of testing methodologies with real examples:

• functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, end-to-end testing.

🚀Proven ability to lead cross-area testing (think multiple components / multiple teams / shared integrations):

• ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing complex testing activities,
• ensuring end-to-end functionality across systems.

🚀Mentor/lead mindset (must-have):

• you can guide other engineers in testing practices,
• you're comfortable leading by example, coaching, and raising quality standards across a wider scope than just your own tasks.

🚀Strong analysis and risk thinking:

• ability to analyze complex systems, identify quality risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

🚀Confident communication & coordination skills:

• you collaborate smoothly with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers,
• you can explain issues clearly and drive alignment on what "done" means.

🚀Experience working in Agile delivery and familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe).

🚀A relevant academic degree or equivalent IT work experience.

🚀Own quality end-to-end, not just test cases - making sure applications stay operational and available 24/7.

🚀Lead cross-area test planning and execution when multiple systems need to "click" together.

🚀Work as a strong contributor in an Agile team, staying close to the product and engineering conversations.

🚀Mentor others - helping improve testing approaches, structure, and confidence across the team.

🚀Be onsite in Tallinn at least 3 days per week (you must already be in Estonia for this role).
