Join our team as a Crew HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within an international aviation environment. We offer a 5–6 month paid internship where you will support our crew members throughout their employee journey and assist with daily HR-related tasks.

Join our team as a Crew HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within an international aviation environment. We offer a 5–6 month paid internship where you will support our crew members throughout their employee journey and assist with daily HR-related tasks.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Assisting with recruitment activities and interview scheduling
- Updating and maintaining employee data in HR systems
- Supporting the HR team with daily administrative tasks
- Helping manage incoming requests in the HR ticketing system.
- Interest in Human Resources and/or aviation (experience is a plus, but not required)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Exciting challenges and opportunity to grow in ever-changing, dynamic aviation industry
- Ability to travel to our destinations for minimal cost
- Additional day off during the birthday month

- Monthly salary: 1153 eur gross.
