Crew HR Intern (Fixed-term)

Intro

Join our team as a Crew HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within an international aviation environment. We offer a 5–6 month paid internship where you will support our crew members throughout their employee journey and assist with daily HR-related tasks.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assisting with recruitment activities and interview scheduling
• Updating and maintaining employee data in HR systems
• Supporting the HR team with daily administrative tasks
• Helping manage incoming requests in the HR ticketing system.
  
  

We Expect You To Have

• Interest in Human Resources and/or aviation (experience is a plus, but not required)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
• Basic Excel knowledge
