Role:

• We’re hiring a project manager to lead application transformation and modernization initiatives in a large, enterprise environment.
• This role is about delivery ownership. You’ll take responsibility for complex application change from planning through execution—working across teams, vendors, and stakeholders to modernize existing systems while keeping the business running.
• Modernization initiatives may include application re-platforming, system replacement, integration-led change, or phased migration from legacy platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of application transformation initiatives.
• Plan and manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Work across multiple internal teams and external delivery partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Operate within clear delivery governance, including milestone tracking, change control, and structured escalation forums.
• Balance modernization goals with operational stability and real-world constraints.
• Communicate progress clearly and escalate issues early when required.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience delivering application transformation or modernization projects.
• Proven ability to work with existing systems undergoing phased change.
• Experience managing complex stakeholders and delivery environments.
• Comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes in structured, large-scale delivery environments.
• Clear, practical communicator with a focus on delivery rather than process alone.
