Programador full stack

We’re looking for a Full Stack JavaScript Engineer to join our team and help build scalable, high-performance web applications.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js on the frontend and Node.js (Express) on the backend.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient asynchronous data handling and seamless frontend–backend integration.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and robust software solutions.
• Implement and maintain microservices architectures, applying best practices and design patterns.
• Optimize application performance through benchmarking, profiling, and code optimization.
• Work with MongoDB, designing efficient data models and building advanced aggregation pipelines.
• Implement modern authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as JWT.
• Write and maintain unit tests using frameworks like Jest or Mocha to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews, version control workflows (Git), and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles, including experience with workflows like Redux or Flux.
• Experience working with modern ECMAScript standards (ES6+).
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Proven experience with Microservices Architecture and common backend design patterns.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB, including aggregation pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).
• Familiarity with data structure libraries such as Immutable.js.
• Knowledge of isomorphic / universal React.
• Experience with modern frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
