Scope Of The Role
Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual looking to develop your leadership skills and accelerate your career in a fast-paced food company? Then the itsu [grocery] graduate - future leaders’ scheme could be what you are looking for!
We are looking for ambitious and motivated graduates to join our graduate scheme starting September 2026. Over the course of this two-year scheme, you’ll gain experience across key areas of itsu [grocery], connecting the dots to understand how the business operates as a whole. Our graduate scheme is tailored to you and can include divisions such as Brand, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance.
Application Process
- Highly organised with effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and excited to thrive in a fast-growing FMCG business where priorities evolve quickly
- On track to achieve, or have achieved, a 2:2 degree or equivalent
- Ambitious and open-minded; with the drive and commitment to develop into a future leader within our business
- Proactive; able to spot challenges early and take initiative to solve them
- Comfortable working at pace, managing pressure, and delivering against targets and deadlines
- A genuine passion for food and the FMCG industry

- short literacy questions covering each of the four business areas above

- in person task and interview with Managing Directors w/c 30th March
