🚀 Senior Software Engineer — Developer Productivity

At Concise, we’re building an internal platform that removes friction so hundreds of engineers can build, experiment, and learn faster.

Our Developer Productivity team exists to remove friction at scale:

• golden paths
• self-service infrastructure
• CI/CD
• observability & monitoring solutions
• platform capabilities that make high-quality delivery the default.

We’re now looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us evolve this platform into a true productivity multiplier.

🌍 Your mission

You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering, platform engineering, and systems design — building products for developers.

You will:

• Design and build internal platform services used by hundreds of engineers
• Create scalable golden paths for services, CI/CD, observability, and cloud infrastructure
• Automate fleet-wide change (migrations, standards, safety mechanisms)
• Improve reliability and delivery through strong deployment, canarying, and feedback systems
• Partner closely with product teams to turn real friction into platform capabilities
• Help shape how AI-assisted development can safely scale across the org

🧠 What we’re looking for

• Strong background as a Senior Software Engineer (platform, product, or infrastructure teams)
• Solid programming experience (Java, Go, TypeScript, or similar)
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent)
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, and modern CI/CD
• A product mindset: you care about developer experience, not just infrastructure
• Comfortable designing systems that balance speed, safety, and scale

Bonus points for experience with:

• Observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
• GitOps, internal developer platforms, or fleet-scale automation
• Platform or DevEx teams in fast-growing engineering orgs
