We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to play a key role in building an AI platform that rethinks the Software Development Lifecycle, using intelligent agents to automate routine engineering work and empower Software Engineers, BAs, PMs, and QAs.

You’ll be joining a focused R&D AI team of 5 engineers, embedded within a broader engineering team of around 30 professionals,.

What you bring with you:

• 5+ years of experience in software development (backend or full-stack)

• Strong proficiency in .NET and/or Python, with the ability to bridge classic engineering practices and modern AI capabilities

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, etc.)

• Practical experience embedding AI into coding, testing, documentation, and code review workflows

• A strong automation mindset and experience designing efficient workflows
