Our @Vention Lithuania team, together with @Vadzim Kastsevich, is looking for a talented Node.js engineers to join an exciting US-based fintech project with a global footprint. 🌍💳 

💡 About the project 

Our partner has reinvented how commercial card payments are initiated, accepted and processed for thousands of companies worldwide. As the only fintech acquirer exclusively focused on the B2B space, they make commercial cards a cost-effective, scalable and secure alternative to outdated payment methods. 

👩‍💻 What you’ll do: 

You’ll play a key role in shaping clean architecture, automation, and process refinement. From evolving the SDLC and defining coding standards to supporting and modernizing legacy services, your work will directly impact the future of global fintech solutions. 

🔎 We’re looking for someone with: 

➖4–5 years in software engineering (with architecture & SDLC leadership) 

➖Advanced Node.js expertise 

➖Experience with GitLab, Jira, CI/CD pipelines & structured workflows 

➖Familiarity with API lifecycle automation and microservices 

➖Interest in AI/ML in SDLC (e.g., code review, testing, documentation) 

➖Excellent communication skills & pragmatic problem-solving mindset
