🔐 M365 Consultant Needed - 6-Month Contract plus extensions | Modern Workplace & Power Platform

• Location: Luxembourg / hybrid
• Duration: 6 months (with possible extension).
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Rate: €540 per day B2B
• EU Citizenship is Mandatory

The Role:

In this hands-on role, you will be integral to optimizing our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will design, implement, and govern solutions that enhance collaboration, automation, and security for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modern SharePoint Online: Design, configure, and customize modern sites, libraries, and lists. Manage taxonomy and search (PnP Modern Search).
• Power Platform Development: Build automated workflows with Power Automate and create custom business applications with PowerApps.
• Governance & Security: Implement and manage M365 security, compliance, and governance policies for SharePoint and Teams environments.
• Automation & DevOps: Utilize PowerShell (PnP, Graph API) for administration and migrations. Apply DevOps practices (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) within the M365 landscape.
• Collaboration: Work with infrastructure, security, and development teams to deliver integrated, maintainable solutions.

Technical Must-Haves:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform).
• Proven experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, and PowerApps.
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell for M365/SharePoint automation.
• Knowledge of modern authentication (OAuth 2.0, OIDC) and Azure AD.
• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, SonarQube) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with .NET Core for API development is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

• Client-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a multi-project environment.
• A continuous learner, adaptable to the evolving M365 platform.

Requirements:

• Must hold a European nationality.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
• Available for an on-site engagement (Luxembourg).
