Lead Project Manager

Cleeven is an Engineering, R&D, and IT consulting group supporting clients in their R&D efforts and operational excellence. We specialize in innovation and advanced engineering across multiple sectors, including energy, aerospace & defense, transportation, pharmaceuticals & chemicals, and IT & telecoms.

We are currently looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing projects from design through construction and commissioning for various industrial facilities in the Energy sector.

The Lead Project Manager will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery of industrial facilities, coordinating across Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Process disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall project management from design to commissioning
• Time and schedule management
• Cost control and economic follow-up
• Quality management and risk analysis
• Coordination with internal departments and stakeholders
• Periodic site follow-up and progress monitoring

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, AUT, Process or Civil system
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Good communication skills
