I am looking for "Interaction Designer - (APS6 Level)" candidates for our Federal Government Client.

Contract Duration – 08 months

Work Location - Canberra

Security Clearance - Baseline

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrated extensive experience creating end-to-end user journey / experience maps across different products, processes, or services.
• Ability to run user experience designer lab.
• Experience interpreting NPS (Net Promoter Score) or other customer satisfaction surveys.
• Experience facilitating user-centred design and design thinking workshops.
• Experience working in an Agile delivery team.
• Ability to evaluate alternative design options and recommend designs taking into account performance, security, usability and accessibility requirements.

Desirable criteria

• Recognised qualifications in UI/UX Design or aligned tertiary specialisation.
• Demonstrated hands on experience in UI/UX designing practices, policies and technologies.
• Possess technical skills set that will enable working with various UI/UX applications and tools.
• .Demonstrated administrative and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise work, allocate tasks and to work independently when required.
