Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a servant-leader for Backend, Frontend and QA/AQA teams, guide in the adoption, execution of Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices, fostering continuous improvements
- Facilitate ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives, promoting collaboration, transparency and accountability
- Identify and remove impediments, that obstruct team progress, ensuring the team's focus is on value delivery
- Foster effective communication between development teams, product owners and management, provide clear status updates
- Analyze and report on metrics (such as velocity, sprint success rates, team performance), offering insights to drive informed decision-making
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and experimentation, driving efficiency and effectiveness enhancements
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, collaborating with stakeholders to develop proactive strategies and on-time delivery
- Ensure features delivered to the end customer as expected
- Share the best practices and findings with others across the teams
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in IT in several companies
- Practiced with team management of 10+ employees
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, empathy and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, work with uncertainty
- Experienced with Jira & it's plugins (eazyBI, Plans, Big Picture), Confluence macroses.
- English: Upper-intermediate or higher (B2+)
- GameDev/Gambling experience
- Work experience in Product companies
- Development background
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications
