Role Summary:

As the Global Program Lead, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the DFP, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and regulatory requirements. You will lead a global cross-functional team, manage vendors, and oversee program planning, execution, and benefits realization.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Strategy

• Define and maintain the global program vision, objectives, and roadmap.
• Ensure alignment with corporate strategy and operational excellence goals.
• Drive decision-making and prioritization across workstreams (MES, WMS, LIMS, OT, ERP).

Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Establish and lead governance structures, steering committees, and decision forums.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Act as the primary escalation point for program risks, issues, and dependencies.

Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage integrated program plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee deployment phases across global sites, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Coordinate with site leadership and global SMEs for successful implementation.

Risk & Compliance

• Identify and mitigate program risks related to scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Ensure adherence to GxP, GMP, cybersecurity, and data integrity standards.
• Monitor compliance with validation and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a global team including PMO, technical leads, and business owners.
• Manage external partners and vendors, ensuring delivery against contractual obligations.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Deliverables

• Global program charter, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Integrated deployment plans and site readiness reports.
• Program KPIs, dashboards, and benefit realization tracking.
• Risk management and compliance documentation.
• Executive reporting and communication materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in program management within global manufacturing or digital transformation.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-site programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, MES, WMS, LIMS, and OT systems.
• Expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance in regulated environments.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or equivalent program management certification.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital factory concepts.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and IT/OT integration.
• Strong financial acumen and vendor management experience.
