We at Coforge are hiring Scrum Masters with following skill set:
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices across teams.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and prioritize deliverables.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices.
- Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience in managing multiple Scrum teams.
- Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to resolve conflicts and drive consensus.
- Knowledge of SAFe or other scaling frameworks is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience in software development or project management preferred.
