We are looking for a UX Designer (Full Scope) FR to join one of our clients’ teams.

You will work in a hybrid setup in Brussels, designing user-friendly digital products and improving user experience across applications and websites. You will collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders in a multidisciplinary environment.

What are your responsibilities?

• Analyse user needs and understand their context to define application requirements
• Plan and conduct UX research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
• Design low- and high-fidelity interfaces and prototypes (mobile-first)
• Translate user requirements into effective UI solutions with analysts and developers
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1)
• Maintain and evolve the Design System
• Contribute to service design initiatives using an iterative, user-centered approach
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams throughout the project

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer in complex digital environments
• Strong expertise in Figma (expert level)
• Experience with Adobe XD and Axure
• Solid knowledge of UX research methods and user-centered design
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Languages: French (native), Dutch, English (professional level)
