We are looking for a Legal Operations Associate to join our global Legal team. In this role, you will provide operational and administrative support across core legal workflows, including KYC and AML processes, contract and grant documentation, legal intake, and internal process management. You will help ensure that legal work moves forward accurately, efficiently, and on time.

This role is execution-focused. It is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning legal processes.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage KYC and AML operational workflows, including document collection, completeness checks, tracking, and timely escalation of potential red flags.
  • Support contract and grant management, including intake, tracking, version control, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Draft standard legal documents from templates, such as grant letters, NDAs, vendor agreements, and service agreements.
  • Assist with review of standard-form contracts to check for completeness, consistency, and obvious issues, escalating substantive legal questions to qualified lawyers.
  • Conduct basic legal and factual research and help prepare summaries, trackers, and internal documentation.
  • Maintain and improve internal Legal processes, documentation, and organisational systems, including workflow tools.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Legal Operations Associate, paralegal, or legal assistant.
  • Familiarity with KYC/ AML regulations, experience supporting KYC and AML processes in an operational capacity.
  • Familiarity with KYC/ AML regulations, with the ability to identify red flags and take initiative in managing reviews.
  • Experience working with standard legal agreements and contract administration workflows.
  • A highly organised, meticulous, and self-starting working style, with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently in a distributed, global team, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on occasion for team offsites or conferences.
  • Web3 or blockchain experience is a plus, but not required.
