This full-time, office-based role, located in Riga, Latvia, offers the opportunity to collaborate with driven colleagues and gain firsthand insight into how efficient finance practices contribute to the success of a global airline.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and verifying incoming vendor invoices accurately and on time;
- Reviewing, coding, and posting invoices in our ERP system, in line with internal controls and accounting policies;
- Ensuring timely payments and reconciling vendor statements;
- Managing the AP mailbox and responding to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally;
- Collaborating with procurement, operations, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support proper invoice approvals;
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all AP transactions;
- Ensuring indirect taxes on supplier invoices are properly coded according to Norse group structures;
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and account reconciliations.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Are proficient in MS Office - especially Excel;
- Have experience with various Accounts Payable tools and applications;
- Communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written;
- Are reliable, deadline-driven, and enjoy working both independently and in a team environment.
