✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

1. Managing the Product Backlog

Define and prioritize backlog items to align with the overall product vision.

Write clear and actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Continuously refine the backlog to accommodate changes or new requirements.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration

Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and other teams, to gather requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.

Ensure alignment between stakeholder needs and development priorities.

3. Defining the Product Vision and Strategy

Develop a clear product roadmap that outlines long-term goals and short-term objectives.

Align the team's efforts with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.

4. Sprint Planning and Participation

Ensure the team understands the goal of each sprint and collaborates during sprint planning meetings.

Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team during sprint cycles.

5. End-to-End Delivery of the Product

Accept or reject deliverables based on quality and business value.

Monitor and measure success metrics (e.g., ROI, customer satisfaction) post-launch.

6. Decision Making

Make informed decisions regarding trade-offs between scope, budget, and timelines.

Be the final authority on scope changes during development.

7. Agile Process Facilitation

Support the team in adhering to Scrum or Agile processes while fostering collaboration and communication.

Provide transparency on progress, priorities, and roadblocks during reviews.

🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Candidate should have any of these certifications:

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance.

- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) from Scrum.org.

- Safe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
