What you will be working on:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have end-to-end ownership of delivery for a critical WMS stream, leading a team of IT professionals, primarily .NET developers. You will act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and consistent delivery.

What you will do:

• Own end-to-end delivery of the WMS project stream, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery commitments.
• Plan, track, and report project progress using Azure DevOps, ensuring transparency across scope, timeline, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate backlog, sprint, and release planning in close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and timely decision-making.
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional delivery team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and delivery focus.
• Support continuous prioritization and replanning to reflect evolving business needs while maintaining delivery stability.

Requirements:

• 7–8+ years of experience in Project Management within IT/software delivery.
• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-scale projects.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, planning, tracking, reporting).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.

Nice to have:

• Experience in WMS, supply chain, logistics, retail, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience working in regulated or operationally critical domains.
• Exposure to large or distributed delivery team
