About the Role

Our client, a global leader in agricultural innovation specializing in crop protection products, seeds, and sustainable farming solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to join the MET Muttenz Manufacturing team. This role is critical for the successful coordination and completion of special projects within the production and supply domain.

Purpose

• Coordinate and complete assigned projects within deadlines.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Assign responsibilities and ensure progress tracking.
• Prepare status reports for upper management.
• Lead and direct the work of others, applying creativity and judgment to achieve goals.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including production plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and represent the organization locally.
• Plan and provide services to customers, contributing to planning development.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Support and implement Production & Supply activities.
• Contribute to data analysis and other field activities.
• Build rapport with stakeholders and ensure effective communication.

Experience & Skills

• Extensive experience in project management and program coordination.
• Strong skills in data management, stakeholder management, and transformation projects.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
• High degree of creativity and latitude expected.

Education & Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Solid understanding of production and supply processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
