About the Role
Our client, a global leader in agricultural innovation specializing in crop protection products, seeds, and sustainable farming solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to join the MET Muttenz Manufacturing team. This role is critical for the successful coordination and completion of special projects within the production and supply domain.
Purpose
- Coordinate and complete assigned projects within deadlines.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Assign responsibilities and ensure progress tracking.
- Prepare status reports for upper management.
- Lead and direct the work of others, applying creativity and judgment to achieve goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including production plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and represent the organization locally.
- Plan and provide services to customers, contributing to planning development.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Support and implement Production & Supply activities.
- Contribute to data analysis and other field activities.
- Build rapport with stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
Experience & Skills
- Extensive experience in project management and program coordination.
- Strong skills in data management, stakeholder management, and transformation projects.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
- High degree of creativity and latitude expected.
Education & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Solid understanding of production and supply processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
