I’m supporting a major industrial investment project that’s looking for a sharp, proactive Junior PM to join the team. If you love structure, analysis, and being at the centre of complex technical work this one’s for you.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams
• Build decision‑ready materials for senior stakeholders
• Support governance, planning, and steering meetings
• Run quick analyses + develop Excel‑based decision tools
• Draft clear, professional communication for internal/external partners

What you bring

• 2–4 years in PMO, project support, consulting, or industrial/energy projects
• Strong grasp of PM methodologies + governance
• Advanced Excel and solid analytical thinking
• Confident stakeholder management
• Degree in engineering/economics/management
• Advanced English

• 12‑month freelance contract
• Start ASAP
• Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Kujawy or Warsaw), 2 remote
• Freelance rate: TBC
