🚀 Hiring: Junior Project Manager (Hybrid | Poland)
I’m supporting a major industrial investment project that’s looking for a sharp, proactive Junior PM to join the team. If you love structure, analysis, and being at the centre of complex technical work this one’s for you.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams
- Build decision‑ready materials for senior stakeholders
- Support governance, planning, and steering meetings
- Run quick analyses + develop Excel‑based decision tools
- Draft clear, professional communication for internal/external partners
What you bring
- 2–4 years in PMO, project support, consulting, or industrial/energy projects
- Strong grasp of PM methodologies + governance
- Advanced Excel and solid analytical thinking
- Confident stakeholder management
- Degree in engineering/economics/management
- Advanced English
Details
- 12‑month freelance contract
- Start ASAP
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Kujawy or Warsaw), 2 remote
- Freelance rate: TBC
