We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver villa construction projects from initiation to handover. T
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Strong experience in villa or residential projects is mandatory
Preferred
- Experience in luxury or high-end villa projects
- Familiarity with local authority approvals and inspections
- PMP certification is an advantage
