On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a Full Stack Developer build a new system for providing new features and functionalities to track receipt and distribution of the Red Tag tickets. This new system and its components will be built on the same full-stack architecture in current use for many of our other production systems.

Responsibilities:

• Understand current technical ecosystem including integrations with existing in-house built components
• Design, build and unit test the new Red Tag Portal system including receipt of incoming tickets, integration with in-house built geolocation application and employee portal to provide oversight of activities
• Knowledge transfer / training as required to support employee development resources.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Computer Science Degree
• 5 years experience as full stack developers
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Commitment to agile software development methodologies including pair-programming, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Good understanding of User Experience and User Interface design principles.
• Good problem-solving skills to overcome issues during development.
• Expertise in creating applications using technologies such as C#, Web API (REST), advanced SQL scripting.
• Experience using Python (Django / Flask), PHP, JavaScript frameworks (Angular / React / Vue.js), CSS, HTML, etc.
• Experience with data modeling, scripting, data mapping.
• Familiarity with Object Relational Model (ORM) and Telerik development tools.
• Familiarity with design patterns like dependency injection, factory, etc.
• Experience writing Oracle SQL, SQL scripting and PL/SQL tool.
• Integration experience with 3rd party applications from Tyler Technologies software widely used in the public sector.
