Responsibilities and more:

We are seeking passionate and curious AI/ML Graduate Engineers (Dec 2025 / Jan 2026 pass-outs) to join our data and engineering teams. The role involves building, training, and deploying machine learning models, working with real-world datasets, and contributing to AI-driven products and solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


* Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models (supervised and unsupervised).

* Work with structured and unstructured datasets for analysis and modeling.

* Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.

* Implement ML algorithms using Python and relevant libraries.

* Assist in deploying models into production environments.

* Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams.

* Document model logic, experiments, and results.

* Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI.


Required Qualifications:


* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Graduation: Dec 2025 / Jan 2026).

* Strong foundation in Python programming.

* Understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts.

* Knowledge of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.

* Familiarity with data handling using Pandas and NumPy.


Required Technical Skills:


* Python, Jupyter Notebook.

* ML Libraries: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

* Data processing: Pandas, NumPy.

* Data visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn.

* Basic SQL for data querying.


Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills:


* Exposure to Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.

* Experience with Generative AI / LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning basics).

* Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

* Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Git, CI/CD basics).

* Internship, academic projects, or Kaggle experience.
