Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in PHP development with strong expertise in Laravel MVC framework.
- Solid understanding of MVC design patterns and the synchronous behavior of PHP & Laravel.
- Proficiency in object-oriented PHP programming and scalable application design principles.
- Adequate knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS).
- Strong experience in creating and optimizing database schemas aligned with business needs.
- Awareness of PHP platform limitations and workarounds.
- Understanding of accessibility, security compliance, and best practices.
- Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with AWS/cloud hosting.
- Lead server-side development using Laravel while ensuring clean, reusable, and scalable code.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases to support business processes.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, setting high coding standards and best practices.
- Ensure application and server security, including AWS configuration and security measures.
- Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless web applications.
- Stay updated with latest tech trends and continuously improve the codebase.
