Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in PHP development with strong expertise in Laravel MVC framework.
Solid understanding of MVC design patterns and the synchronous behavior of PHP & Laravel.
Proficiency in object-oriented PHP programming and scalable application design principles.
Adequate knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS).
Strong experience in creating and optimizing database schemas aligned with business needs.
Awareness of PHP platform limitations and workarounds.
Understanding of accessibility, security compliance, and best practices.
Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with AWS/cloud hosting.

What Will You Do?

Lead server-side development using Laravel while ensuring clean, reusable, and scalable code.
Design, manage, and optimize databases to support business processes.
Ensure application and server security, including AWS configuration and security measures.
Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless web applications.
Stay updated with latest tech trends and continuously improve the codebase.
