Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Partner focused on leadership hiring (Tech/ Non-Tech/ International) in Web3.0 & new age economy. Role holder will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, as well as hiring for niche top-tier technical talent.


Responsibilities involve identifying and engaging candidates for high impact roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and maintaining an updated pipeline of potential hires. All in HR team are included in talent strategy development and to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Role: Senior Talent Partner (Leadership Hiring): Mandatory WFO - 5 days


Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 yrs of progressive experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Minimum 4 yrs of strong headhunting experience, with understanding of senior candidates, stakeholder expectations, preferably of blockchain and web 3.0
  • Knowledge of strategic hiring and recruiting processes, including strong candidate funnel.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
  • Experience in recruitment for a global/tech-focused company is a plus.
