We seek a Head of Business Analytics to build and lead our internal analytics team. In this role, you will drive our analytics strategy, providing data-driven insights supporting internal decision-making and client project success. The role will be reporting to the member of the Group Executive Board.

You will:

• Execute the business analytics strategy to support business performance in terms of sales, costs, and productivity;
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of financial business analysts;
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives, using these to monitor team success and drive continuous improvement;
• Run managerial meetings related to sales and project delivery, collect insights, forecast future business trends, and provide recommendations;
• Oversee data collection to the internal managerial accounting system to faster data-driven decision-making;
• Partner with other internal stakeholders to identify analytics needs, drive insights, and enhance client solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in Management consulting, Software development agency, or Finance industries. Other relevant experience will also be considered;
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related subject;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to run multiple assignments simultaneously;
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• Ability to travel;
• You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;
• Proficiency in analytics tools and business intelligence platforms is considered as an advantage;
• Proven experience building and managing high-performing analytics teams is considered as an advantage.

Salary:

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 3.062 EUR gross/month to 3.815 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
