Agile Scrum Master – Microsoft Power Platform Focus

Location: Melbourne preferred, Sydney considered

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join a large, dynamic delivery organisation. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple portfolios and teams, helping shape and implement Agile practices in a high-impact environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Facilitate and manage multiple Scrum teams working across digital delivery projects, including Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach, mentor, and support teams to adopt Agile principles and continuously improve delivery processes.
• Work closely with business owners, PMs, and cross-functional teams to prioritise work and ensure value delivery.
• Identify and remove obstacles, promote collaboration, and enhance team performance.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or higher certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform; relevant certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-300) highly regarded.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Strong communication, facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working across large portfolios, delivery projects, or cross-functional teams.
• Passion for fostering diverse and collaborative team environments.
