Job Title: Graphic Designer (CPG Industry Focus)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support ongoing creative production across digital channels. This is an execution-heavy role focused on producing high-quality still images (80% graphic designs for social media and UXUI), motion graphics (10-20% of time), and video edits (10-20% of time) that align with established brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create still graphic assets for digital channels (social, web, ads, email)
• Design and animate motion graphics and GIFs from scratch
• Edit short-form and mid-length videos in line with brand guidelines
• Adapt and resize assets for multiple formats and platforms
• Maintain visual consistency across all deliverables
• Organize and manage design files for efficient collaboration
• Implement feedback efficiently while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Figma or equivalent vector design tools
• Experience creating still images, motion graphics, and GIFs
• Solid video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency
• Ability to work independently with clear direction and guidelines
• Experience producing assets for digital and marketing use cases

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Ability to create 3D renders (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar) - Packging Design
• Experience with After Effects for motion design
• Familiarity with social-first and performance-driven creatives

Role Details

• Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
• Location: Fully remote
• Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap with client working hours preferred
• Compensation: Based on experience and skill level

Candidates should share a portfolio demonstrating:

• Video editing samples
