Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Reporting professional to take ownership of enterprise reporting solutions within a Data & Analytics environment. The role focuses on leading reporting design, development, and adoption using the proposed reporting tool, while ensuring high-quality, business-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Lead Reporting for Data & Analytics initiatives

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise and management reporting solutions

  • Lead reporting activities using the proposed reporting tool, ensuring best practices and standards

  • Guide and support reporting developers and analysts

  • Translate business requirements into effective reporting and visualization solutions

  • Ensure consistency, usability, and performance of reporting outputs

  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and functional leads to align reporting with data models

  • Support testing, validation, and user acceptance of reports and dashboards

  • Promote reporting governance, standards, and reuse

  • Support user adoption and reporting best practices across the organization

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data & Analytics

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the proposed reporting tool

  • Certification in the proposed reporting tool (mandatory)

  • Solid knowledge of SAS Visual Analytics (VA) and SAS Enterprise Guide (EG)

  • Strong understanding of reporting design, KPI definition, and visualization best practices

  • Ability to lead reporting streams and interact with senior business stakeholders

Language Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Dutch (NL) or French (FR): Fluent

  • Second national language (FR or NL): Good working knowledge

  • English (EN): Professional working proficiency

Nice to Have

  • Experience in regulated environments (banking, insurance, public sector)

  • Experience with large-scale reporting transformations or tool migrations

  • Familiarity with data warehouse and analytics platform architectures
