We are looking for a Change Officer with experience in Data & Analytics (D&A) environments to support organizational change initiatives linked to data platform transformations. The role focuses on managing change impacts, stakeholder engagement, and adoption during data and analytics platform replacements.

• Support and execute change management activities for D&A initiatives and platform replacement programs

• Apply the ADKAR change management methodology to ensure successful adoption and behavioral change

• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses

• Develop and execute change plans, communication strategies, and training approaches

• Support platform replacement initiatives across multiple business units and clients

• Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, data teams, and IT leadership

• Monitor adoption, resistance, and change effectiveness metrics

• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of change practices

• Act as a fully involved team member throughout the change lifecycle

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Change Management, preferably within Data & Analytics initiatives

• Proven experience supporting platform replacement programs at two client organizations

• Solid understanding and practical application of the ADKAR methodology

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Dutch (NL): Fluent

• French (FR): Fluent

• English (EN): Professional working proficiency

• Experience in large-scale data transformations or analytics programs

• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments

• Experience working in Belgian or EU-based organizations

• Play a key role in enabling successful data-driven transformations

• Work on impactful D&A platform modernization initiatives

• Operate in a multilingual and multicultural Belgian environment
