Machine Learning Engineer

About the job

We are looking for an AI / Machine Learning Engineer to help build and scale production-ready ML solutions. You will take machine learning models from development to deployment, ensure pipelines are reliable, and help your colleagues adopt best practices in MLOps — all in a collaborative, DevOps-oriented environment.

Your Job

• Develop and maintain ML pipelines, frameworks, and automated workflows
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to implement solutions
• Monitor, retrain, and optimize deployed models for performance and reliability
• Contribute to research, innovation, and continuous improvement of ML operations

Your Profile

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience taking ML models from development to production
• Knowledge of MLOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks)
• Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with MLflow or similar model lifecycle platforms
• Familiarity with Spark or big data processing
