QUADRANTE is recruiting an HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources Department at our Porto office.

As a leading engineering and consultancy group with a strong international footprint, Quadrante offers a dynamic environment where you will work closely with several Business Units, supporting both leaders and teams across a broad HR scope.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes for the assigned Business Unit, including CV screening, interviews, and proposal negotiation.
• Lead the Onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and structured integration of new colleagues.
• Act as a strategic partner to Business Unit leaders, providing guidance across all HR-related matters.
• Provide direct support to employees, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution, and a positive employee experience.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, Sociology, or similar) - mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar HR roles, including recruitment responsibilities.
• Advanced knowledge of English (other languages will be valued).
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a people- and results-oriented mindset.
• Problem-solving ability, autonomy, and high sense of responsibility.
