QUADRANTE is recruiting an HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources Department at our Porto office.
As a leading engineering and consultancy group with a strong international footprint, Quadrante offers a dynamic environment where you will work closely with several Business Units, supporting both leaders and teams across a broad HR scope.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes for the assigned Business Unit, including CV screening, interviews, and proposal negotiation.
- Lead the Onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and structured integration of new colleagues.
- Act as a strategic partner to Business Unit leaders, providing guidance across all HR-related matters.
- Provide direct support to employees, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution, and a positive employee experience.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, Sociology, or similar) - mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar HR roles, including recruitment responsibilities.
- Advanced knowledge of English (other languages will be valued).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a people- and results-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving ability, autonomy, and high sense of responsibility.
