pubGENIUS is a React.js and Next.js development agency and ad tech startup. We build web and application products for clients in the US and Europe. Core industries include DeFi, crypto, blockchain, fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce.

Role We are hiring an IT or Digital Project Manager to run multiple international client projects end to end. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and global clients to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within scope. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, clear communication, and fast-moving agency environments.

What You Will Do

  • Manage multiple client projects from planning to delivery
  • Define scope, milestones, and deliverables with clients and internal teams
  • Translate complex requirements into clear tasks and iterations
  • Own project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Maintain project documentation and delivery plans
  • Organize and maintain backlogs and user stories
  • Lead Agile ceremonies
  • Provide regular status updates to clients
  • Validate delivered features against client requirements
  • Track delivery performance and project KPIs with the PM Lead

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related fields;
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in IT project management or digital product development in the agency environment;
  • Strong experience in software project sales process - preparing project proposal, budgeting techniques, discovery phase management etc
  • Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques;
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management;
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies;
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion;
  • Good Knowledge of project management tools;
  • Fluent in English is a must; ( Strong B2 , C1)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members;
  • Good project management and leadership skills;
  • A highly organized approach with prioritization skills;
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills to handle any situation and issues that occur during project completion;
  • Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget;
  • Understanding of different cultures to work with international team members;
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and under tight deadlines

Nice to have

  • Experience in print on demand or physical printing businesses
  • Understanding of how print on demand operations work
  • E-commerce project experience
