Project Manager (SAP)

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for Project Manager for a 12-month contract in Netherlands

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced IT project manager to support us with the cloud migration of time & payroll-related functionalities from SAP HCM.

As an IT project manager, you're responsible for leading project teams and assigning the relevant tasks and responsibilities

• Completing these sub-projects successfully: both in terms of time and money.
• Planning & realization: Maintaining insight into planning in relation to realization
• Manage dependencies: ensure that the dependencies between the various subfunctionalities are clear, that they are coordinated and remain so throughout the program.

Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience as an IT project manager, specifically in the field of HR and payroll systems.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll processes and experience in replacing payroll systems.
• You have experience with SAP success factors
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Project/program management skills and experience in successfully delivering complex projects.
• A results-oriented mentality and the ability to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
