We are looking for a Project Manager for our global client in the manufacturing industry.

Job Description:

• Leads global, cross-functional teams for the end-to-end development and execution of assigned projects, ensures alignment between business functions and the project team.
• Tracks performance analysis, including the identification of risks, issues, and dependencies, along with corresponding mitigation and corrective action plans.
• Defines project scope and objectives.
• Manages the resource estimates, resourcing plans and status reports.
• Manages, monitors, and validates vendor and third-party activities.
• Plans, facilitates, and leads project meetings.
• Ensures all project activities comply with necessary standards, requirements, and policies.
• Proactively drives the analysis of problems, recommends solutions, and takes ownership of actions required to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of technical project management experience.
• In-depth experience applying lean product development practices and global, cross-functional team leading.
• PMP is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Strong communication skills, with proven capability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
