We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of web application projects involving front-end and back-end development teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and security standards. This role requires strong client communication, resource coordination, documentation discipline, and adherence to data privacy and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scope Management

• Prepare and define a detailed project scope and phased delivery approach for all services.
• Develop high-level and detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and responsibilities.
• Ensure project execution aligns with the agreed scope, timelines, and contractual obligations.

Team & Resource Management

• Set up the project team structure, clearly defining roles and responsibilities for the project duration.
• Manage resource scheduling and allocation across front-end and back-end development teams.
• Identify client-side resource requirements, dependencies, and responsibilities required to meet project deliverables.

Client Communication & Reporting

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding project status and activities.
• Establish clear communication and escalation processes for the project.
• Define project status reporting mode and frequency; prepare and share regular status reports covering progress, risks, issues, and next steps.

Quality Assurance & Delivery Control

• Define and manage acceptance criteria in accordance with client requirements.
• Ensure quality assurance is conducted throughout the project life cycle and at critical milestones.
• Track risks, issues, and change requests, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure overall project completion within the agreed timelines from contract award.

Security, Privacy & Compliance

• Ensure the privacy and security of client information and data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Enforce adherence to applicable security standards, internal policies, and contractual obligations.

Documentation

• Ensure preparation, maintenance, and delivery of all required project documentation, including but not limited to:
• Project plans and schedules
• Scope and requirements documents
• Acceptance criteria
• Status reports
• Risk and issue logs
• Final project closure documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in web or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional development teams (front-end and back-end).
• Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Awareness of data privacy, information security, and compliance best practices.
