We are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to become a core member of one of our new projects.
With our UK client, we are building a new and innovative credit card in-the-box solution: a B2B2C banking platform that will provide card issuance, processing, KYC, IBAN, payments, and other FS-related products.
The product was developed to service the needs of Program Managers looking for BIN sponsor solutions that are quick to stand up, ensure program compliance, scale worldwide, and give access to the right mix of support and innovation. The goal of the product is to embed itself across the card program lifecycle end-to-end while ensuring speed to market, access to expertise, and operational simplicity for Program Managers worldwide.
Additionally, the product ecosystem bridges the gap between DeFi and traditional payments by enabling real-time, on-chain spending directly from self-custody wallets. This infrastructure supports stablecoin settlement and instant crypto-to-fiat conversion, allowing users to spend digital assets globally while retaining full control of their funds until the moment of purchase.
Skills and experience you can bring to this role!
FinTech Expert. You have a strong knowledge of the EU banking market specifics and regulations relevant to releasing banking applications (ISO 8583) and integration with Visa and Mastercard.
Facilitator. You are able to build strong communication bridges between people with different backgrounds, mindsets, and cultural perspectives. Advanced knowledge of requirements management, product ideation, and solution definition techniques is essential for the role, as is advanced written and spoken English.
Tech Expert & Consultant. You can explain technical complexities, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders with different backgrounds. A solid background in system analysis, solution architecture, quality management, or software engineering is highly desirable for the role.
Product Champion. A solid vision of excellent user experience and key success factors for the new product development. You have the ability to find a “golden middle” between long-term vision and immediate business value.
Trouble-shooter. You remain calm and effective under the pressures of tight deadlines, high expectations, and demanding clients. Strong analytical skills, a goal-oriented approach, and structured thinking are essential.

What Impact You’ll Make
- Hands-on scope management and project planning, including:
- Business and functional analysis of the software solutions;
- Requirements management;
- Backlog management (incl. clarification, prioritization, and estimation);
- Day-to-day coordination of multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure development projects are delivered on time, according to quality levels expected by corporate standards;
- Collaboration with project insiders and stakeholders to align business needs, expectations, and implementation capabilities; and
- Proactive contributions to the technical and domain expertise on the corporate level, including the PMO and Product Management communities at Star;
- Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements for card issuance, payment processing, and API integrations;
- Process Modelling: Map out complex payment flows, including card lifecycle management, KYC/KYB onboarding, and transaction settlement;
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications (FRDs) for the development team;
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Product Managers, Compliance teams, and Integration partners to ensure regulatory/technical alignment;
- API Integration: Define specifications for third-party integrations (e.g., banking rails, KYC providers, and ledger systems).
- Crypto-Native Knowledge: Understanding of how non-custodial wallets function and how they interact with decentralised applications;
- On-Chain Mechanics: Familiarity with the concepts of stablecoin settlement, liquidity pools, and gas fees;
- Hybrid Flows: Experience or strong interest in designing flows that convert digital assets to fiat in real-time (crypto-to-fiat bridges).
