We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help build agile delivery capability from the ground up within a fast-paced, evolving technology environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in greenfield or early-stage set-ups and enjoys shaping teams, tooling, and ways of working rather than inheriting mature processes.

You will play a critical role in establishing and embedding best-practice delivery frameworks, and creating transparency and predictability through strong use of Azure DevOps. Experience within telecommunications or a related infrastructure environment is highly desirable.

This is working for a high profile client in Reading with hybrid working of 3 days a week in the office and an initial 6 month contract.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in agile delivery environments.
• Strong, hands-on experience using Azure DevOps to build and manage agile delivery workflows and reporting.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with the confidence to adapt them pragmatically.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and delivery.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
