Location: Melbourne

Rate: $684 per day

Focus: AWS Connect and Microsoft Dynamics 365

Visa Status: Working visas welcome, no local experience required

We are looking for a hands-on AWS Solution Architect to lead the integration of AWS Connect with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to deliver a scalable, secure, cloud-based contact centre solution. This is a Melbourne‑based role offering strong technical ownership and close collaboration with both business and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for integrating AWS Connect with Microsoft Dynamics 365, covering call flows, data, security, and scalability
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Design and implement integrations using APIs, webhooks, and relevant integration technologies
• Define and deliver AWS cloud infrastructure tailored to contact centre solutions
• Ensure solutions align with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and produce clear architectural documentation

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience delivering cloud-based solutions
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services, particularly AWS Connect, Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience building system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and secure solution design
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile delivery environments
